First alpha version of the 1.0 final version. This alpha includes:
 - Full integration with internationalization (already tested);
 - New Report framework: the last big change for the 1.0 version is ready for tests! The 1.0 Alpha 1 is the first version of pyHed with this new report framework based on ReportLab;
 - Many bug's and implementation fixed;
 - New or rebuild components: NumericEdit, DateEdit, DateEditQt;
 - Using validator on Components and FrameCustomSearcher;
